Credit Card

 We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard’s, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please provide exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Order Processing

 Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Est.  Orders before 4:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the upcoming Monday morning, unless it’s a holiday.

Out-of-stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. All orders will be shipped by the next business day unless, received on a major holiday or Sunday. If a product is out of stock we will keep you informed of when it will restock. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping if product is unavailable.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site.

Exchange & Returns Policy

We maintain a very high level of quality assurance. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Items will only be exchanged under the following conditions: Requests must be made within 14 business days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 14 days will not be honored. We do not provide refunds, only exchanges. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for products of equal or greater value. Once the product is purchased a 30 day Product Defect Exchange Policy will commence. Customers should contact our representative and notify them of their issues or concern. The customer will also have to submit a written complaint on a form that will be provided to them by the representative. If verifies agree that the product is defective in any way we will them exchange or replace the product. If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value they will be responsible for paying the additional cost.

Hair must be in the original package, exactly how it was sold to you. Under federal law you cannot return human hair products that are used. Perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair voids all exchange and replacement guarantees.
